JFC was established in 2015 and it's an entity registered under the laws of Ghana and situated at the forecourt of the Trade Fair Centre, La Accra. It has its core objectives of providing fitness and wellness services to individuals, groups and corporate organizations.
We provide a hybrid service of both indoor and outdoor training sessions, with aspirations of becoming one of Ghana’s biggest fitness centers. JFC seek to empower individuals, groups and corporate institutions to take full responsibility of their health and making it a lifestyle. It also seeks to increase health and wellness awareness within the community and beyond. Everyone wants to feel comfortable in their own skin.
